When you arrive at our dental office, you will be greeted by our friendly staff. We will see you as quick as possible. 

Upon your arrival you will be greeted by our front desk, you will fill out our new patient form. Just to save you time and hassle you may fill out this form online before you come to our office. Once the form is completed,

• We will review the new patient form
• Check and discuss your medical & dental history
• Based on diagnosis our dentist (Dr. Mike) will discuss the treatment plan and explain it in detail
• Upon your approval, the doctor will perform the procedure
• At the checkout staff will let you know the date and time of your next appointment

Yes, we take all major dental insurance expect HMO.

We are an out of network provider, all that means is that we will give you the very best dental care available. Your insurance will pay their portion up to your maximum. This is normally between $1,000 to 1,500. We use only American made product and American labs; so we are confident in what goes into your mouth!

Don’t be number in a big corporate dental office; find someone that cares about you and what goes into having that great smile, it is time to stop being treated by people that just don’t care.
